Miami Dade Public Schools to verify the students’ meal eligibility. Prepare
over 180,000 applications for scanning; to be processed and verified.

every rental vehicle leaving the facility was properly attached to the customer’s
contract and logged for records. Obtained customer’s feedback and provided any additional
service, also offered customers add on options, such as GPS units, prepaid fuel
service, exchanging vehicles or upgrading vehicles. Cross trained with
Enterprise Holdings’ National Car and Enterprise Rentals in order to handler
their customers on the overnight shift.
· Responsible for professionally, and efficiently
handling all the residents’ requests and needs upon entering the community. I
had to provide excellent customer service while scheduling appointments for use
of the building’s amenities and receiving packages for the residents. Monitor
security cameras; attend to any urgent issues, and other duties assigned by the
management.
